You are never required to provide us with the types of information covered by this privacy policy. For individuals located outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by accessing the Sites, and/or providing information to us, you do so voluntarily and are expressly opting-in and unambiguously consenting to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, and transfer, including cross-border transfer, of your Personal Data as explained in this privacy policy.

What do we collect?

The personal information you give us during your registration.

we will capture IP address.

Following registration, you will be issued with a username (or ‘Shopper ID’) and password and will have opportunity to provide us with additional information on your life style habits and financial information, which will help us show you the most suitable assignments.

If you contact us by mail, email, web or phone, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

When you use the mobile application, you will have the option to enable location services, meaning we will be able to track your location and offer you assignments in your vicinity.

 

How is it used?

When you apply to register with us as a mystery shopper or auditor, we may use information we collect from you to:

consider your suitability to perform those services; include you on our list of mystery shoppers; manage your account; collect and maintain historical information about your mystery shopping assignments and payments and administer payments; carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us; provide you with information about shopping opportunities and other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already enquired about.

Why do we use it?

With the exception of IP address, processing is necessary for the performance of the independent contractor agreement that exists between us, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

The processing of IP address is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us, specifically for the purposes of security and fraud prevention.

Who has access to it?

Your profile is available to our employees with a legitimate business need, such as our development teams who maintain our internal platforms. Access is granted on a least-privileged basis.

Your profile is stored on servers provided by our third-party providers.

Banking information (sort code and account number) are provided to our bank for the purposes of making payments in accordance with the contract that exists between us, although no other identifiable information is disclosed.

Prospects and Commercial Requests

 

What do we collect?

When you download marketing collateral or contact us to schedule a briefing, we collect and maintain Personal Data so we can include you in our marketing database, comply with your request, and send you information on our products and services. Personal data we collect for these purposes usually include your name and contact information. Where you contact us by phone, we may also keep a copy of that correspondence.

Clients

What do we collect?

We use your name, telephone number and email address to provide you with services, including access to our platform.

How is it used?

We use the information provided to us to:

manage your account; carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us; notify you about changes to our service; ask for your feedback on our products and services.

Why do we use it?

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Further direct marketing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate business interests pursued by us.

Your client profile is available to our employees with a legitimate business need, such as the marketing team or our commercial and operations departments. Access is granted on a least-privileged basis.

Your profile is stored on servers provided by our third-party providers.

Your full client profile is stored on CRM database for the purposes of maintaining the CRM database and use of the email marketing function.

Survey Respondents

What do we collect?

When you participate, or are invited to participate, in surveys or contests, your information may be used to administer the survey or contest, award prizes (if any) and compile aggregated, anonymised information on the results, which we provide to third parties.

At no point during the online survey will you be under any obligation to provide any Personal Data. You may still take part in the online survey, leaving some sections blank, should you not wish to give some or any of the Personal Data in the few places where this is requested.

How is it used?

The commissioning client will use the information you provide to us voluntarily to:

ensure your participation in a prize draw; provide you with information that are like those that you have already enquired about; notify you about promotions

We will use the information you provide to use voluntarily to:

participate in a prize draw; invite you to participate in additional market research.

Why do we use it?

Except for IP address, you will have given your consent to the processing of your Personal Data for one or more specific purposes, which are provided at the time of collection by virtue of a Fair Processing Notice.

Any Personal Data will be provided to the client where you have consented to the disclosure, if you are participating in a prize draw administered by the commissioning client, or for the purposes of fraud prevention.

We do not request or require you to provide any special categories of Personal Data including for example genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural personal, or information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation. If we become aware of any such data having been submitted to us, we will, where reasonably practicable, endeavor to delete it.
